If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery and notify Trin-Jam Customer Support of any defects or damage within 15 days. We will gladly replace merchandise to you if the return is a result of our error or the item is damaged in transit. If you prefer to be issued a refund, please include the original packing slip and a carrier damage report with the return.
We regret that we are unable to issue refunds on these purchases or to accept returns of these products for any other reasons.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. We can ship to any address in the contiguous United States.
